Parish of St Johns' Te Awamutu

Te Pārihi Mihingare o Hoani Tapu

Volunteer

Volunteering of time is an act of discipleship.

Whilst financial gifts given to the local church are used to fund the ministry and mission of the Church locally, nationally and internationally, that work can only be carried out when people volunteer their time. We believe that giving your time is the most important gift to God.

Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give,

not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.’

 2 Corinthians 9:7
